AMIL Tech, advanced technological solutions for professional applications
AMIL Tech, advanced technological solutions for professional applications Ensuring sanitized environments across a wide range of sectors, ranging from the food industry to high-tech products, from personal services to research facility projects, is crucial.
To meet this need, AMIL Care has developed the Research and Development division, AMIL Tech, which focuses on adapting our expertise to technological products from complementary companies and industrial partners, ensuring uncompromising high-quality results.
The AMIL Tech service
The service proposed by the AMIL Tech division includes the preparation, adaptation, and validation of an operational procedure for the execution of a disinfection treatment (of air and surfaces contained in confined environments) that allows to intervene in situations of high and strong criticality, obtaining replicability of execution and quality of result.
The preparation of the operational protocol of execution includes the following steps:
- Analysis of the environmental context;
- Detection and monitoring of average operating parameters;
- Definition of execution parameters;
- Operating configuration and adaptation of the technologies used;
- Definition of data transfer and archiving methods;
- Validate
Who is AMIL Tech for?
The AMIL Tech service is aimed at companies that need:
- expand the commercial offer
- enhance your product
- implement optional services and/or technical assistance.
AMIL Tech provides its industrial stakeholders with know-how, product specialists and professional training, adapting AMIL LINK nebulizing and monitoring technology with customized, unique, and high-tech solutions.
AMIL Tech: a tailor-made service
AMIL Tech is a flexible decontamination solution, because it allows you to adapt to different environments and with customized execution parameters according to the quality needs of the final user.
The “dry fog” nebulizer device, through integrated two-way communication systems, receives operational information such as, for example, the type of treatment the specific confined environment needs, as well as the size of the volume to be decontaminated.
The device can be positioned, fixed or removable, within different environments, generating different execution certificates for each one and, if required, including suitably selected objects and surfaces in the report.
A technology recommended by international guidelines
The AMIL Tech disinfection technology is based on the aerodispersion of hydrogen peroxide and/or hypochlorous acid, both active ingredients approved by the official international guidelines, by the main scientific societies and registered with the Territorial Supervisory Bodies.
Dosed in different percentages and depending on the volume of the environment and its characteristics, the correct execution method guarantees levels of reduction of the microbial load:
- Reduction 104,
- Reduction 105,
- Reduction 106.
An archive of digital and certified sanitization reports
The disinfection of confined spaces is a necessity proportionally related to the risk of infectious onset.
To offer an assurance to users and reduce the risk for professional users, international guidelines require the preparation, validation, implementation, and appropriate recording, within a prevention and self-control plan, of the execution history of each activity of disinfection.
By accessing the private area on the AMIL Link platform, the customer will be able to easily view and download all the sanitization reports carried out, containing information useful for identifying the type of treatment, the day, and time of execution, as a guarantee for professional operators and companies.
The reports automatically archived in the cloud can be downloaded digitally at any time, eliminating inconvenient paper archives, and allowing access to documents from anywhere.
